Phyllo Chicken & Mushroom Wraps {Recipe}

I made these Phyllo chicken wraps last week for the first time in awhile and was reminded of how delicious they are! They're so easy to make too!Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. phyllo dough
  • 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2-8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • PAM

Directions:

01. Sautee mushrooms and onions.
02. Cook chicken breasts and cube.03. Mix with cream cheese. Add mushrooms and onions and mix well.04. Take 2 sheets of phyllo dough, lay out and brush with oil (or spray with PAM)05. Spread chicken mixture lengthwise on phyllo dough and wrap like a burrito.06. Brush with oil, or spray, the the tops and sides.07. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until phyllo dough is golden brown.08. Mix cream of chicken soup with milk until hot. Pour on top of each wrap.Enjoy!!
If you want to use all the phyllo dough, I usually add 1 more brick of cream cheese and 1-2 more chicken breasts and then I freeze them. I couldn't find the photo of the finished product but when I do I'll add it to the post!
