One man's trash...
Like the old cliche states, "One man's trash is another man's treasure." I was very excited to be the "other man" this weekend!
We had a huge rummage sale for charity. It was unbelievably hot but we still managed to stay out there all weekend and raise quite a bit of money.
The boys kept trying to get their hands on the toys before they were all gone! Between them and me we left with almost as much as we donated! :)
Here are some of my treasures:
This gorgeous hand-knit shawl. It is so soft and feminine--I can't wait for the weather to cool off so I can wear it!
Here's just a couple of the books the boys chose along with a brand new Raggedy Andy doll.
Then there's this beautiful cherry wood lamp that matches my living room perfectly--isn't it pretty?
Plus I took home a garbage bag full of practically new baby girl clothes for my precious little niece. I wish I would've taken photos of some of the stuff before I shipped it out but there were some really pretty dresses and outfits from GapKids and The Children's Place. I love finding deals like this! I feel so frugal. :)
