Oreo Truffles Recipe
I made these Oreo Truffles for Christmas (we'll talk about this later) and they came out really yummy! I couldn't believe how easy they were to make and everyone loved them. They made a nice presentation too.
OREO TRUFFLE RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1 8 oz. brick of cream cheese
- Dipping chocolate, 14 oz. (I used the Baker's dipping chocolate in a cup and *loved* it)
- mini cupcake liners
Directions:
01. Mix 3 cups of crushed cookies with cream cheese.
02. Form into 1" balls
03. Dip into chocolate
04. Sprinkle with leftover cookie crumbs or desired topping
05. Refrigerate until firm (about 20 minutes)06. Place in mini cupcake liners
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.Recipe yields approx. 40 trufflesVoila! How's that for easy shmeezy? These can be decorated for any holiday. I'm thinking I'll make a batch for Ace's teachers on Valentine's Day with pink and red sprinkles!
