Christ is Risen!

Xristos Anesti!

This post is a little late but I just have been so busy with life that I haven't had much time to spend doing anything other than writing on the computer. That is the beauty of a blog though, I can take a break and come back whenever time permits. :)I pray you all had a blessed Pascha! We enjoyed a beautiful day filled with joy, friends, red eggs and lamb!My kulich came out (literally this time) better than last year but it wasn't quite as pretty on top. I am getting better though and that makes me smile. It was so delicious!I didn't get to try the cheese paska again because by the time I went to make it I realized it need 24 hours to drain and then a few more days to sit and I didn't have enough time. Next year, I have to remember to start it at the beginning of the week. The day ended with the beautiful Agape service and then a quiet evening at home. I still can't believe it's over already! We'll be gearing up for a long Apostle's fast before we know it though! Christ is Risen! Indeed He is Risen!
