little things in life

last night we all cuddled by the fire and read the stories of st. nicholas. the miracles and amazing acts of charity are always so inspiring. then the boys lined up their shoes by the door with care, in hopes that st. nicholas soon would be there.they woke up this morning anxious to see what treats and trinkets they would find inside their tiny little shoes.this is a tradition we look forward to year after year on the eve of december 6. we said our prayers before bed, adding a little song about st. nicholas, before getting tucked in for the night.find out more about st. nicholas day and the real st. nicholas here...
