Lenten Giveaway!

orthodox mom lenten giveawayWe've made it through the first week of Lent!  To celebrate and to encourage you to keep struggling toward our glorious Pascha, I wanted to give away some of my favorite Lenten resources!First, is the Psalter.  This is a pocket-sized Psalter, the same one that I use during our Psalter Groups.  I love it because it fits so easily into my bag and can be easily taken out and read anywhere.Psalter Spring FeatureSecond is the latest edition of Nisteia magazine by The Greek Vegan which includes 56 full color pages of lenten recipes!Nisteia-2016-coverThis magazine is so well made, it feels like it should be on newstands.  The photographs are so professional and the recipes are phenomenal.  I had a reader comment on Facebook that at first glance she thought is was a copy of Bon Apetit!  And I must say, I totally agree.  The best part of this magazine is that it offers recipes that you don't see everywhere, helping keep my menu at home versatile and practical, not to mention delicious!Potato Soup from The Greek VeganThe third item you will receive is a PDF of my Orthodox Lenten Study, which is available here.  I created this guide to help us keep a daily focus on Christ and the approaching feasts.  It is made up of 7 weekly themes, like prayer, fasting, forgiveness, etc. and includes daily scripture verses, with journaling space to reflect on the readings.  There are a few fun lenten recipes and quotes and writings of the holy fathers sprinkled throughout the entire study.Lenten Study Guide.Winner will be announced on Wednesday, March 23.To enter (one entry each):Leave a comment on this post telling me why you'd love to win!Subscribe to this blog (in the top right corner of my homepage).Follow me on Facebook.Follow me on Instagram.Follow me on Pinterest. For 5 extra entries:Share this post on your social media with hashtag  #orthodoxmomgiveaway!   Each place you repost is 5 additional entries!Want even MORE entries??Earn 2 extra entries for following by "liking":
