Pascha Egg Hunt + Resurrection Story Download

When the boys were little, we started a tradition of telling the story of Christ's Resurrection after they'd gone on their Egg Hunt. It was just a quick way to remind them, in the midst of all the festivities, what and why we were celebrating.So, I typed up the story of the Resurrection from Luke 24:1-12 and spaced each verse out so that I could print it out and cut it into strips. Then, I place one strip (verse) into an egg along with a treat.Once the boys find all the eggs, we sit down and they open them to get their treats. When they come across an egg with a verse, they put it aside. After everyone is done opening them, they take turns reading the verses in order, to tell the story of Christ's Resurrection.A few years ago, I ran across these red eggs at Target.
