what's for dinner?

I got this great banner from Domestic Chicky!

I mentioned last week that part of my plan to re-organize myself at home was to start planning our dinner menu for the week again. So, here's this weeks menu at our house. Breakfast and Lunch is still random, but at least dinner won't be!

Monday- Taco night followed by root beer floats and a game of scrabble

Tuesday- Chicken and Broccoli foil packs with roasted potatoes

Wednesday- Fasolatha and fresh Kalamata bread

Thursday- Stuffed Shells and Cheddar Tomato bread

Friday- Pasta with grilled onions and steamed veggies with Eggplant hummus

Saturday- Salmon with cucumber dill sauce and Fettucine Alfredo

Sunday- Roasted leg of lamb with red rice and Broccoli salad

We're big on homemade bread and I love trying new recipes. The kalamata bread we'll have on Wednesday is one of our favorites for Lenten periods, which will be here shortly for Pentecost! If you'd like any of the recipes just ask and I'll post it!

Happy Cooking!
