Mini Cherry Pie Recipe

I made these little cherry pies for a tea party we had yesterday after church. I got the idea from Bakeralla's pie pops. I decided not to make them into lollipops so that I could serve them on a dish.They turned out so yummy and I love how dainty they were!

 

Mini Cherry Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 small can cherry pie filling
  • pinch of flour
  • 1 egg white

 Directions:Roll dough out on lightly floured surface.Use cookie cutter to cut out top and bottom of pies.Place one cherry in center of dough (use as little juice as possible).Gently press top piece of dough of top, being sure to seal the edges.Break a toothpick and use the blunt end to create indentations around each pie.Brush with egg white.Bake @ 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.Enjoy!
