Act NOW to stop the "Education Begins at Home" Act
This may sound fine and dandy, I mean education should begin at home right? I think so. But the title of this act is just fancy wordin' to fool the common folk!
No seriously if this act passes it will mean that the government has the right to come into your home and tell you what to do with your children. They will be observing, physical and mental development among many other things. So if they think your child should be on medication, etc you will have no choice but to do so or be accused of child neglect. If they disagree with your methods of discipline you'll be accused of child abuse.
I wish they'd leave the families who truly love their families and are trying hard to raise their children properly alone and concentrate on the ones who really are neglecting and abusing their children.
I think this is absolutely absurd! I am so angered by this. I am sick and tired of my rights and liberties being stripped away every time I turn around. The rights that my family along with countless others have fought and lost their lives for.
