Coupon Organizing

How do you organize your coupons?  I have a regular spiral bound coupon organizer but it doesn't have enough sections for me and so they're never really organized.  I recently saw this idea on Blissfully Domestic and thought it was pretty neat.  The only thing is it's kinda big but Mindi, from Moms Need to Know, gave some great other options for organizing them.   Be sure to check out her blog she gives some great money-saving tips and shares some great sale info too!

I was curious how you ladies do it.  Do you have a special system that works for you?  With the prices of gas and groceries in a tight race to see who can be the most expensive, I'll be clipping even more than usual.
